better people are people who can feel, and can judge what is wrong and what is right

currently, miss dolly cannot do those things, but she's not a bad person. is she good? (to update) she will definitely become better, though.

but what if one knows how to judge, but decides to do something bad? is that person still a 'better' person than one who cannot feel or judge?
