Something I struggled with when I got back to the states was going back to old habits and behaviors that weighed me down when I left. Korea was a blessing in that it allowed me time to cope, soul search, and grow. I took a couple steps back the last few months and let myself get wrapped up in my circumstances, but have been reminded one again I do not have to give up because I messed up. It's all a part of the process. I have grown and I have changed, but I have also embraced who I am, the good, the bad, and the ugly.
