Morning gems. There’s a lot of bad information being exchanged when it comes to hitting. I personally believe the reason for this is that a lot of coaches and instructors are genuinely just looking to separate themselves which I have no problem with. At days end NOBODY is reinventing the wheel here it’s just everyone interprets information differently and develops their own perspective. As a hitter the most important thing you can do for yourself is study the information to gain your own understanding which will allow you to develop your own perspective. The key after that is to then surround yourself with instructors who can guide you and keep you headed in the right direction.
