Aaaaa, I know we're not mutuals and stuff, but... could you (if you're okay with it) do a Franquill [Franziska x Simon] fanfic? If not, that's totally fine and thanks for your time!
It’s okay that you’re not a mutual! I’m glad to fulfill writing requests for just about anyone. Though I see that you’re an RPer, so I’d like to talk to you about that. But first, I will give you what you want with my writing!
In this world, there was precious little that you could rely in. Simon Blackquill, a man that was betrayed by the very legal system that he dedicated his life to, had very few people in his life that he could confide in. Perhaps it was providence looking upon him warmly for once, when he encountered the international prosecutor known as Franziska von Karma.
The two prosecutors first crossed paths when Franziska was called to help interrogate the blackguard known as the phantom. She left a strong impression, both literally and figuratively whipping the entire prosecutor’s office into shape. Simon could understand that she did not suffer fools gladly, or at all- for he was much the same way.
Their first encounter was a battle of true equals- even if no blade was actually drawn. Franziska’s intense glare was met with Simon’s sardonic smirk. Franziska reached for her whip while Simon prepared his blade, and when neither backed down there was a moment of silent recognition, and they parted ways after Franziska said, “Hmph. I see you are not nearly as foolish as anyone else in this office.”
Together, they faced down the phantom, and while the spy could handle one interrogator, he could not handle two of them, particularly two so strong-willed. All it took was a single slip up- the phantom speaking a name that he shouldn’t have- and Franziska began to chase down the trail of the spy’s employers.
Simon was assigned to work alongside her in this case, due to his personal connection. However, Franziska soon became an indispensable to Simon on the battlefield, and to Franziska deigned to call Simon a “fairly competent prosecutor”, perhaps the highest compliment she ever paid anyone.
Neither of them cared to attach a particular name or label to their partnership. As long as they accompanied each other on this mortal coil, they would never leave each other’s side.
