feeling like I've said this before on here but thinking about Side A/Side B stuff again and thinking about churches and I really do think churches should not pick a "side". just be flat-out affirming or get out, churches. affirm both sides or don't call yourself affirming. the majority of church-goers are straight, cis, and het anyway.

another hot take is that straight cis het people don't get an opinion about which side is "better". for one, there isn't a better side because which side you end up on is completely down to your personal discernment journey. I have all the love and respect in the world for my Side B siblings in Christ and I'm not gonna say shit about their choices as long as they don't say shit about mine.

(I will however talk endless shit about Side X because I have not met a single Side X person to date who isn't relentlessly advocating for everyone to be like them and that's just nonsense No Thank You)
