This was the mantra in my workout this morning and it REALLY hit home for me. I had a conversation with a friend recently about addressing our fears and facing them head on. Everyone, has fears.....EVERYONE. It doesn't make you weak nor is it anything be ashamed of....it makes you FREAKING HUMAN. If you say you don't, you're fooling yourself. But it's something we NEED to do in order to grow and change and mature and advance ourselves. AND I KNOW IT'S scary as HELL to do.
