It’s been pretty chill so far. We ate a mountain of food at work last night (so then i got out late this morning) and now i’m going to sleep/pretend to be asleep and sit around on the computer all day  :D

I was talking to Allison the other day and I came to a realization: I’m good at being average, and I’m okay with that. I’m okay with never making a name for myself. I’m okay with having an average job, living in an average house, living an average life. Does this make me a bad person? No. Does this mean I don’t have dreams and aspirations? No. It just means that I’ve accepted that I’m probably never going to be famous, never going to be extremely wealthy, and it doesn’t bother me.

1.) Why did you choose your URL?

I was feeling extremely creative and decided to go with a knitting related name instead of one of my usual ideas. Plus I like to knit socks. I'm wearing knitted socks right now.

2.) What is your middle name?

Don't have a middle name because "Anne Marie" is my whole first name.


3.) If you could have a fairy tale/fictional pet what would it be?

Not sure. Not really a big pet fan. It would have to be something pretty low maintenance that doesn't mind being left alone for extended periods of time most days of the week. I think I'm just going to end up with a million house plants once I actually move out on my own.


4.) Favorite color?

Purple!

5.) Favorite Song(s)?

Don't really have a favorite song but some of the most played artists on my phone include: Fall Out Boy, Foo Fighters, Imagine Dragons, Silversun Pickups, Three Days Grace, One Republic, Les Friction, and then there is the Pacific Rim and Captain America 2 soundtracks and a couple hundred more songs. I have over 600 songs on my phone that cover every genre and decade of music for like the last 50 years

6.) What are your top three fandoms?

Probably the top two fandoms that I reblog/like the most things from are NBC Hannibal and PJO/HOO. There doesn't seem to be a third thing that i go out of the way too often to check out lately.


7.) Why do you enjoy Tumblr?


I love reblogging things that make me laugh. And occasionally I come across cool knitting patterns and new shows/movies. I should probably try to start attempting to make friends with people that way I get to actually talk to people my own age on a regular basis. Please talk to me, I will respond eventually

hey darling, saw your thunder post. you doing okay?

I'm doing better now that the storm has quieted down. I just watched How to Train your Dragon and Rise of Guardians on my laptop with headphones to drown out the Thunder. It sort of helped, the thunder was really loud. 

But I'm okay now. Thank you for asking~ <3

hey i actually have a question that isn't ace, but since yall are the best people i know to ask, here it is: my friend and i were talking and he was saying that he can't feel emotionally attached to someone unless he's sexually attracted to them first,the opposite of demisexual (which i am, which prompted the convo) so i was wondering if yall had heard of that or knew a name for it? i just thought that this would be a good place to start for info <3

He might be demiromantic, if the emotional attachment is at all romantic - where he has to have some kind of other strong bond, but that might be a stretch. I haven't ever heard of this specific situation.

Followers, any thoughts? Ideas? Experiences?
