Dear employers, this is what your OBSESSION with back to office is doing to your employees. Stop fucking calling me before 9am. Stop inviting me to meetings at lunch. Stop emailing me at fucking 6pm and texting to follow up if I got the email at 8pm and ‘circling back’ at GD 9am the next day. Y’all got way too comfortable accepting covid hours because we were happily at home. FOH.
