Ok, so the strategy for the war of the ring was basically to send the ring to be destroyed in a stealth mission.

To give this mission as much chance as possible, use misdirection to make Sauron believe his greatest opposition lies elsewhere.

To make him more likely to take the bait they played into his expectations, that they would attempt to use the ring, but also taunted him with relics of his past defeats.

The sword reforged. The heir of Isildur.

Did no one at all think “hey, we have someone who looks identical to the last person who kicked his ass singlehandedly without breaking a sweat, just hanging around, maybe we could use that?”

Everyone talked about Arwen as Luthien come again, Sauron is still weak without the ring, there was a HIGH possibility of her scaring the ever loving shit out of him if they’d played that right.

Missed opportunity to divide his forces.

Let’s Catch Up! 💚

So I’ve been gone quite a long time (idk how long but months I think) so I can’t wait to find out what I’ve missed in this community! Not just in terms of Jack, Anti, etc. but in you guys and your lives! Any exciting news to share?

I’ll go first and update you on my life! A lot has stayed the same, but I’ve essentially changed time zones without even going anywhere. Why? Because on the days I work, I start at 2. In the morning. So I stay awake during the night and sleep during the day now. It’s weird and I get confused on what day it is xD

But my biggest update? I now have a bf and been with him 3 months! My sister introduced me to him late last year, basically setting me up (sneaky lol I had no idea), and we talked every day for months. We knew we liked each other for a while and in march we became official. It has been wonderful so far! He’s caring, he listens, he builds me up when I’m down, he takes my depression and anxiety seriously and supports me, and he makes me smile and laugh every day. He also watches Jack which is a bonus! I’m so damn lucky 🥰💚

Got anything good news? Let’s share it! We all need some happiness and this community is amazing at spreading it! PMA!! 💚

Anyway I guess I will tell you all a bit about my life these days?? if anyone cares to hear.  I’m a middle school english teacher now.  I’m missing my kids so immensely, and it is looking more and more every day like I won't be seeing them for some time, hence needing this distraction. 

I also have two (dog) boys of my own, now.  steve rogers is my big silly anxious mess of a lab mix (chris evans, perhaps, would have been a more appropriate name) - and elton john, my sweet lil blue pittie, who just celebrated his 1st birthday!

I’ve been writing all this time. Just a bit less fic than in the past.  I have gone ahead and published a handful of short stores, and more poems, and am in the publishing process for my first poetry collection, which is still simply unbelievable to me.

I’m not sure there is much else of note to share! but lets talk while I write.

Just a quick photo of the Moon Family last night from their barbecue! The parentals on the left & the kids to the right. This family is just going through some shit lately. Little Noah hasn’t seen his aunt or uncle or his grandparents since Nicolas’ issues came arise. So it was a little somber, but the family is staying strong for Nico. Also Sophia & Dante are hiding a secret from the family...for now. Dante accepted that new job at a new military base...so they’re moving again. But haven’t told the family yet. UGH so much is popping.

Hi friends-- I’m back I guess I should say? I know I’ve been away/haven’t posted as frequently for a couple of months and to put a long story short this is why:

A. I officially (finally) graduated in June (your girl got her Master’s Degree!!!) B. I got a new job C. I moved places D. I have been trying to get accustomed to life again sooo it has taken me a while (as you’ve probably noticed)

Life all came at me pretty freaking fast YALL. Life can do that shit and it’s super stressful BUT everything is so good right now! I’m happier than I’ve ever been, I’m loving my job, I’m at peace and feel like I have all my shit together.

Which is why I’ve finally had time to post on here... I’ve started writing a bit again, have found more motivation and time that seemed impossible before and I MISSED YOU GUYS LIKE CRAZY. I feel like I’ve missed so so so much. 

So, hi, again :) I’m writing a chapter of HN as we speak. Can’t promise when it’ll be up, but I’ll post a sneak peak when the time is soon. BUT A SPOILER: the chapter will include some of Harry’s POV! 

P.S. I really appreciate all of the messages checking up on me and all the love you guys sent my way with HN or just in general! I’m just seeing all of your kind words now and I appreciate you guys so much. Thank you for your patience and I can’t wait to post more for you!
