I'm not one for New Years resolutions. I've made them and never stuck with. A lot. So at some point I just stopped making them. I thought this year I would try something a little different. Instead of blanket resolutions like 'lose weight' 'learn to play guitar' I'm going to shoot for adding small new positive habits into my life and trying my damnedest to stick to them. Daily - •Practice Duolingo •Do my Khan lessons •Play guitar for 15 minutes •Play piano for 15 minutes •Log my food Weekly - •Read at least 1 fiction book •Read at least 1 non-fiction book Monthly - •Add one good habit to my life. #hippsodeth #newyear #newyearsresolution #newyearnewme #letsgetthisballrolling #settingmyselfupforsuccess
