When we moved into the bungalow as it only had 2 bedrooms it was a toss up between the boys sharing a bedroom or us having no living room. They chose no living room so the sofa etc went in the garage. There was not much privacy because we had to walk through bedrooms to get to the back of the house and this went on for 7 months. There was a cupboard in the hallway which needed removing to resolve the issue, but the cupboard had the stop tap, electricity meter, consumer unit, alarm & heating controls in. Once the cupboard was knocked through we had privacy and a home that flowed properly. Everything had to happen in stages and Jonny was very patient. I still made the beds everyday even when we were in chaos, as you can see from the before picture.
