Had a bit of a change around in my bedroom & the living room (as you do). Feels fresher & more natural for summer. The joys of being a creative person 🙏 Started letting Charlie 🐱outside at bedtime. Woke up at 3am & he was on the ridge of the house. The solar lights were on in the back garden and casting a pretty pattern of light on the grass, it was very peaceful. Got more jobs to do today & my @huel delivery is due very soon. They are going to deliver it & take a photo of it outside my open door as proof of delivery. Went for a refreshing walk in the rain, followed by a hot shower, pj’s, chocolate, central heating, candles & a recline on ze sofa, bliss! Now the bedroom is finished, I like to turn the lamps on and shut the blind as it feels really cosy & inviting. Looking forward to some sun so I can relax in the newly trimmed garden ☀️ Haven’t really been able to enjoy the benefits of my labour yet. The tree root is in our garden but much of the tree protrudes into the neighbours garden 😬 She gave me access to scalp it from their side & helped dispose of the branches 😃 Ahhh neighbourly love - we had a G&T after to celebrate. Yesterday was a busy day. I had to empty all 3 bedrooms to have carpet fitted. That’s the last major job complete. Still a list of things to finish though. Jonny’s door had to come off as it needs planing.
