Bullying was once a part of my life, not on the giving end but the receiving, something I know many people have had to deal with before in one way or another. It took a lot for me to eat past it, but through the support of family and those closest to me with what they taught me, I was able to stand up for myself and make sure I would never be a victim again. From my experience I learned one thing. Inner strength can be achieved no matter where you are in your life and the circumstances around you. All you need to do is find a way to grab hold of the strength and stand up for yourself. No one can fight all your battles for you, but they don’t need to anyway because you can and you will. You’ve just got to stand up for what you believe is right and for yourself. The universe does the rest for you. • So my message to anyone who has been bullied before or might even be being bullied right now: stay strong, you have the power no matter what they make you believe. 💕
