Nope! At least, I don't think so- (I do currently have strep, so my memory is fuzzy af, so it could be hiding from me XD) But I don't remember seeing it!

fourth missed unhinged moment, at this point could just add a couple of sections to the bracket. but,

valjean just hanging out in the shadows at the barricades watching the amis tie javert up in kinky martingale bondage and then lash him ass up on a table and javert’s reaction being like “there’s a good reason for this” when he sees valjean. chapter 5.1.6

I have the Handkerchief one SOMEWHERE on there!! ...Somewhere- I don't remember which bracket the spinning wheel I used to mix everything up assigned it to XD

Don't have Javert's canon night vision though, I forgot that was there tbh (I'm not as much on the Valjean and Javert side of the fandom as the Amis part, so a lot of that does slip my mind, so if it wasn't in the submissions, it's probably not there, because I just. don't remember it XD)

I know that you've already got your hands full with the unhinged moments tournament just starting, but if you could ever find the time, a fun follow-up might be a Les Mis bloopers tournament (I think primarily from the stage show, but any of the adaptations could work as well)

Oooh, that is a fun idea! I'll have to archive that, because I have no clue when this will be over XD (There's 128 submissions total, so it'll be a while)
