July 8th Guidance... Time to Step Back and adjust our way of seeing the situation. Perhaps we can’t see the beauty of the forest by looking too closely at just one tree. Maybe we aren’t truly seeing the blessings given to us. Placing all our focus heavily on one situation or person can be overwhelming. Maybe this is a time to just observe and not become involved in a difficult energy. Our vision is greater many times when we back away. Listen to our heart and gut feelings more than what our eyes see and ears hear. Affirmation for today “ I will allow myself a time to back away and free myself from emotional frustration. I will give myself a break from overthinking about this situation. I will observe and not feel a need to get involved in things that do not directly concern me. By backing away I allow others to find solutions and deal with problems. I can now look to brighter days and have renewed hope for the future”.
