Perhaps it is a bump in the road or falling down the hill but somehow you will see the way to bring positive energy from it. Be flexible in your thinking and incorporate new ideas and new ways of doing things. Take the new path to a new place and explore options and opportunities. Don’t limit your thinking or try to tell yourself it can’t be done. Somehow today it all starts to workout and be ready to go to a place you may not have been before. July 25th Guidance...Brokenness and shattered energy between people or in a situation. So many times when we are involved in a situation where we feel broken by the energy of another we feel weak and can even become weak in our body and mind. The weakness comes from the shattered energy around us. This may be the time to bring the shattered energy around us together and mend this energy. What I am talking about is not forgiving and forgetting but beginning to mend the energy within us and around us by taking the power away from the energy that damaged us. So we can promote the positive energy in the situation and let go of the negativity. If we know a person who hurts us deeply by words or actions we can keep that broken and negative energy in our being and around us or decide to take a different path. Perhaps there is some positive energy that this person brought to our life or perhaps only neutral energy was around. If we take that positive or neutral energy and let go of the negative and dysfunctional energy we begin to mend the energy around us. Many times we hear people say “I forgave them” yet they have not mended the energy in the situation. Letting go of the negative energy in the situation and only keeping positive or neutral energy is a gateway to forgiveness. Affirmation for Mending Energy... “Today I am making a conscious effort to let go of damaging negative energy surrounding a situation that has hurt me. I will hold on to neutral and positive energy surrounding this situation and allow the mending of energy to take place. I don’t have to do anything but let go of the negative thoughts and energy and keep peaceful positive energy around me. Today is a stepping stone to health in body, mind and spirit. As I mend the energy in me and around me I become stronger and the negative energy in this situation that hurt me becomes weaker. My angels assist me in closing the wounds to my energy and keeping my energy strong, positive and healthy”..... And so it is....Release and Mend. God thank you for being our shield. Ever present in our battles protecting us. There are some people we don’t understand their actions toward us. They can be cruel at times and say and do such hurtful things. Drama fills their life and they never seem truly happy. All we can do is just walk away and allow you to take over. It is too painful to stay around hurtful cruel people. We let go of the energy of negativity and it’s power to draw us into a dysfunctional place. Give us peace in our heart that walking away is the best option for us. And so we stay on our positive path leaving behind the negative and cruel energy. We are free and can carry on. I wrote this 5 years ago on this day... I am always the future soul traveler....I try to never get stuck in my own personal past only for short stops. Most of the time I zip like a bullet train right to the future. My mind has already zipped past Thanksgiving, my birthday and Christmas LOL I am totally into 2016 today just making plans and setting goals. When I was a child there was one Christmas we put all the family funds into our business to keep it afloat. My dear aunt loaned my mom money to go to the thrift store to buy me a doll. It was the only gift under the tree that year. Before I opened my gift my dear mother said these words to me "Don't think much about this Christmas and how sad it is let your mind go straight forward to next Christmas which will be much better. Never get stuck in a sad place in your mind". I have remembered those wise words and lived by them ever since. This works for me...it might not work for others but for me it has saved me many times from depressed thoughts and being sad. I still have that doll and she is very precious to me. A reminder that we are in control of our thoughts....if we choose to be. I thought this was perfect for this year even though it was written 5 years ago. May our thoughts take us to happier times if this year is difficult. Next year will be better and we shall think on that. God it’s time to get to work but we are tired. So much to do and so little time to do it. Why do the days go by so fast? Sometimes we get so wrapped up in life we don’t even know what day it is. God give us the energy we need now to work hard and accomplish a lot in our life. So much to do.. we need your power to see us through the process. Help us to stay positive as we plan for the days ahead. Give us inspiration to create great things in our life. Let our dreams become reality as we work toward our goals. Bring the right people to us that will help us achieve in our life. Give us favor when we are up against many others wanting the same thing as we do. Help us stand out in interviews and presentations so we are the ones who are chosen to take on the work. Place your power in us when we go forth into a battle or competition let us shine brightly so we are favored. Allow us to say the right words to gain favor. Let all anxiety be gone from us when we are trying to make a good impression. Bring to us the work we need now God. Help us to work and build a steady foundation in our life. God help us to put on the armor of bravery today and to march through this day without fear. Guide us as we navigate the difficult places in life and face the things that seem so scary. Allow us to feel the power that you give us and reveal to us the wisdom we need to be successful. At times life is not easy we suffer great doubt and need to find our confidence. Sometimes we feel weak and unable to even think about all the things that need to be done to make this life of ours successful. In our alone times let us feel you near us. Cover us with a blanket of love so we do not feel alone. Remind us of the times we have been brave and strong. Give us the ability to feel that energy again now as we need it. Today we start to walk on a new and more positive path. We change those things that have not worked for us. We face situations, people and things and find answers. Be with us as we search for the answers in our life. Keep our energy positive and our mind clear as we begin a new path today.
