Leuga can indeed talk, but his voice is so deep and booming it intimidates others. He also just a man of few words and usually a chill guy, but will not be afraid to speak up if he has too. Especially if one of his warriors is out of line. Closest voice is James Earl Jones

Leuga meeting you

Leuga was outside the Zora’s Domain hunting until he could sense trouble above the waters. When he peeked above the surface he sensed moblins and Bokoblins chasing after someone. He could hear someone not of their kind cursing and screaming profanities

Next thing he knew a figure was thrown into the air and soared right into the river he was in. He was shocked and could sense they were not swimming back up and dove after them

When he was approaching he could feel the water thicken and taste of blood. His large forearms spurred him on and grabbed a hold of the person

In the water he was able to make out your features much clearer, but still hazy. He felt around your body for wounds and came across a cut on your hip

His claws brushed over it just lightly, but it was enough to wake you and start thrashing around. You in your heat of panic smacked him in the face to which he let you loose

You couldn’t breathe and began to swim, but you swam in the wrong direction and then you felt a large arm wrap around your waist dragging you upwards

Leuga lifted you with ease out of the water and onto the bank

 “Do you need medical attention? How serious is your wound, young one?” His deep voice rumbled in your rib-cage

You took a minute taking in his strange appearance and checked the wound. “It’s-uh- it’s fine. It’s not that deep, just bleeding a lot, I guess.”

 “I see.” His lack of eyes and his unusual appearance made you feel uneasy

 “Thank you…for saving me that is…?” You paused to inquire his name

 “Forgive me for being so informal. I am Prince Leuga of the Zoras.”

 You held out your hand and refrained from jumping when his larger one enveloped yours. “W-well, Prince Leuga, I am [Name].”

He did not move for a second before giving a slow, lopsided smile and for some reason your heart thumped.
