Can I request a new card?
Yes! Once you have achieved at least one bingo on your card, you can email us to request a new card. We will use your original signup form when generating your new card, so you’ll get all new prompts but still with your preferences and DNWs. If you would like to change anything when you get your new card, such as the size of your card or the categories of prompts, just let us know in your email!

Do I have to sign up to join the Discord server?
Nope! You can join the discord server whether you decide to sign up for a card or not. If you’re on the fence and want to ask some questions, or if you know you can’t sign up but still want to talk about the characters, or if you just want to lurk, you are welcome!
How do I change a prompt?
Have a square that makes you uncomfortable or that you just don’t like? We can swap it out for you, as long as you submit your request within 10 days of receiving your card. We can swap out up to ten of the squares on a 5x5 card and up to 4 squares on a 3x3 card, but please consider it carefully before you ask for changes. The point of a bingo is to help you stretch yourself as a creator, so if possible, give it a chance! Please also keep in mind that you can only request changes once, so give it some thought before you submit!
What if I missed the signup period?
Signups are open for the whole round except the final month! If you missed this round, follow our Tumblr for more events over the summer.
Do you have two or more squares that you can fit in one fic? That’s great! HOWEVER, it must be a chaptered fic, one chapter per prompt, and each chapter must meet the minimum word count for each square. Same principle holds for art/moodboards/gifsets/etc. - one fill per square.
Can I use my fill for other events?
As long as the other event allows cross posting, you can absolutely do that! You just need to meet the minimum content rules for both events. For example, if you write a fic for both the Leverage Bingo and another bingo with a 300 word minimum, you must have at least 250 words for this bingo and 300 for the other, for a total of 550 words. The same goes for art, gifsets, playlists, moodboards, etc.
You are absolutely encouraged to collab with other participants, even those from other fandom events! Just make sure you meet the minimum requirements for your fills, and make sure both of you are equally credited when you post your completed work. You can also sign up as a pair for a single card if you want!
How should I tag my work?
Please make note of or tag any warnings or triggering/disturbing content in your bingo fills. For example, major character death, any NSFW content, non-con, violence/gore, etc. Use your best judgement, and we’ll let you know if we have any concerns. (If you’re not sure if something should be tagged, probably tag it anyway, just to be safe.) If you’re posting potentially triggering content on Tumblr, please put it under a read more.
