“  you’re  not  comin’  and  i  don’t  wanna  hear  another  word  about  it  .  ”  tone  is  clear  and  firm  as  he  takes  a  break  from  bagging  the  necessary  items  he  needed  for  the  run  to  grab  a  beer  out  of  the  mini  fridge  ,  glancing  toward  leo  for  back  up  —  “  you  gonna  help  me  with  this  or  just  stand  there  like  a  fuckin’  idiot  ?  ”

“  i  mean  ,  i  don’t  even  know  why  it’s  a  conversation  .  ”  he  finally  rasps  from  the  edge  of  the  bed  ,  averting  his  gaze  toward  the  femme  ,  “  you  know  we’re  not  changin’  our  minds  so  why  go  and  piss  him  off  right  before  we  leave  ?  ”  it’s  almost  as  if  she  wanted  leo  to  catch  the  brunt  of  it  from  the  passenger  seat  because  that’s  surely  what  would  happen  if  this  didn’t  get  squashed  immediately  .
