Going through some of my labradorite pieces over the weekend I found this small but mighty striped green and gold flash diamond. The flash is so strong and distinctly striped I wanted to leave as much space as possible open while securing the stone itself. This piece has been haunting me for like 3 days to finish it and it's so satisfying to have it done. The gold flash was complicated to capture accurately but the carving in the labradorite is so beautiful it's worth the hand cramp I got trying to photograph it. This piece is unbelievably vibrant and shining, I'm pleased Carlos was able to capture so much of that shine.
