Finally. He had finally received word that his former champion, Zeus, had arrived and that he was settled into the staff quarters. It was quite the timing, too, as he would have preferred that the other had been there when he was undergoing heat - so that they could help one another through it - but he knew it was probably for the best. He had, after all, told people that he didn’t sleep with anyone during his heat, and the last thing he needed was to be seen smelling like Zeus.
Still, he couldn’t help but yearn to see the other male, so he was quick to make his way down to the wing where the staff quarters were located, using his nose - and his ears - to find out where Zeus’ room was. Stopping at the door, he let his knuckles rap against it as he took a step forward, almost immediately leaning against the solid door frame.
“You know, some would think it rude to keep their former trainer waiting,” Yvrim spoke, slight smirk upon his lips as he moved to cross his arms over his chest. “I’ve half a mind to tell them your food isn’t great.” His words were playful, teasing, as was obvious by the smile upon his lips. It wasn’t as much of a greeting as he would have liked to give Zeus, but it was the only one he could give given the fact that a relationship between a vampire, and a non-vampire, wasn’t exactly applauded. But, at the very least, people that followed the fighting circuits knew of the success he had had with the leviathan. “Aren’t you going to come give me a hug?”
