Am I allowed to publish this? I'm gonna assume you don't give a crap about me publishing it, because it sure is a nice soapbox for me to keep beating my little bike anime tin can from, please everyone come talk to me about bike anime. 

Seriously though, Tigercon was good times and it's really cool to me when you have those fandom friends you met through one series, and maybe you go your separate ways for a while because you're not into any of the same stuff, but then you both get into a shared fandom again and go OH HEY HOW HAVE YOU BEEN LET'S TALK ABOUT THIS COOL THING WE BOTH LIKE!! It's happened to me a lot over the years and it makes the internet feel like this unexpectedly cozy place. It's never nearly as big as it seems. 

I've actually been current on the anime for all of THREE WHOLE DAYS before caving and concluding that I need to read the damn manga, October is too long to wait. (Wish me luck. Everyone is great.)
