Tweedy’s Lewisia is a unique flower native to the eastern slopes of the Wenatchee Mountains in Washington and British Colombia. It is the sole member of its genus and can be found nowhere else on Earth.

British Columbia Native Plant of the Day: Lewisiopsis tweedyi  Hardiness Zone: 5-8 Common names: Tweedy's lewisia This succulent grows in dry, rocky areas on mountainous cliffs, slopes, and crevices. Its range is extremely limited from Manning Park British Columbia down into central Washington. Known for beautiful blooms.
