you and ollie were laying in bed together when you notice it. he had gotten a new tattoo on his wrist, looking closer you saw that it was of the date he’d proposed to you. you kept yourself from smiling by nuzzling into him and pressing soft kisses to his chest. “what are you doing baby?” he laughs. “nothing ollie, just love you ‘s all.” you smile up at him.deciding you didn’t say anything wanting to see how long it would take him to tell you about it, you said nothing about the tattoo. what you didn’t know is he was waiting to see when you’d bring it up.

oliver would wear shortsleeved shirts leaving the tatooed skin exposed, hand you things with his wrist up having the tattoo facing you but you kept quiet. until one day he’d grown tired of waiting for you to bring it up. “baby, how haven’t you notice this?” he questions holding his wrist up to your face. “i noticed that weeks ago ollie, i was waiting for you to tell me about it,” you laugh. this makes him start pouting, “but babe i wanted you to say something first.”

“well if it makes you feel better, i got this a couple days ago” you smile holding up your own wrist, with the same date tattooed onto it. his face turns to a wide smile, “ i love you so much y/n, i can’t wait to marry you”

“i love you more ollie.”
