Looking back at when I was a teen, I realised just how much it sucked to look at a TV screen and see these perfect females with boobs and womanly bodies and myself have barely any boobs, acne, braces, have a baby face and not look anything like the girls in the popular TV shows. Or now with say, The Hunger Games. I love it but JLaw looks nothing like a 17 year old and a lot of the effect of her being so young is lost because a 23yo woman is playing the teenage girl. One of the reasons I loved Skins (and I'm sure there are other shows out there that cast teens as teens) is that the characters actually LOOKED their ages because they were the right age. And Harry Potter, we got to see the characters grow up and be awkward.

the book thief had such a big impact on me. is tsoa really good?

ahh same i first read the book thief like 3 years ago and to this day it's my favorite book!! tsoa is so so good, the book thief is still my favorite book but tsoa ranks in the top 5. i rly loved it ahh
