How about some Alexia pov to finding out about reader and elison? Also she must be possessive considering that the reader became stay at home mom and literally tattooed her initials. Like that's crazy lmao
It’s more of a “she’s mine” tattoo than an “I’m hers” tattoo, if that makes sense
For broken vows would you be willing to write a chapter where you tell us how Eva and Alexia met and how the affair started?
Also I was re reading older chapters and in the one where she cheats on reader with the girl from the bar/restaurant at the end she gets a text from Eva so she stayed in contact with her even after their affair got exposed?
yes! and yes they talked after
I’ll fill this gap next! It’s officially on my list now
omg guys, I think you’re all right. I still have so much left to write for Broken Vows.
Last chapter finally has me starting to want them to reconcile but i cant get over how in chapter 19 alexia said eva was the first person she wanted to go to for things😭😭
like were their genuinely no feelings on alexia’s side of things or will that be talked about more between the 2 of them?
Okay this is a long one but:
ALSO SORRY FOR USING “READER” I kind of hate that but 😭
After Iris was born, reader came dangerously close to postpartum depression. They got through it, but things between them were never quite the same. The little disagreements they used to laugh off turned into real arguments, and before long, they were fighting over almost everything.
Alexia started spending more time away, taking every trip she could. Around the same time, she grew increasingly frustrated with Barcelona. She’d brought up the idea of leaving more than once, wanting a fresh start somewhere else, but reader could never agree. Barcelona wasn’t just home anymore, it was where Alexia’s family lived, where they had a support system, and where the girls were growing up (I don’t think I’ve mentioned this before, but I think there’s a chapter where it’s implied that the reader’s mom doesn’t really care about her. She never once flew to Barcelona to meet her granddaughters, so that’s part of it too.).
Alexia’s family had become reader’s family too, and leaving them behind was never an option in her eyes. That only made Alexia feel more trapped.
Then came the injuries. The last year had been especially difficult, and every setback only reinforced the feeling that maybe it was time to walk away. reader couldn’t understand it. To her, Alexia was giving up everything they’d built. To Alexia, she was the only one who couldn’t see how unhappy she’d become.
It was easier for Alexia to go to Eva. I’m actually going to write a chapter about that now because I don’t think I’ve ever really shown that side of their relationship. I tried to hint at it in the Mapi chapter, you could already see how they were treating each other. No good morning kiss, no “I love you,” nothing. And it had been like that for a while.
Relationships aren’t perfect. I think we’re so used to seeing things as, “This person hurt me, so I’ll just walk away.” But sometimes it’s so much deeper than that.
There are so many factors, so many old wounds and scars that people don’t even realize they’re carrying. I don’t know… love is hard. Marriage is hard. It’s not easy to build a life with someone.
To be fair, loving someone is probably the easiest part.
Id love a chapter where it shows alexia and Eva’s first time together and maybe the guilt alexia feels after but also showing her still wanting Eva. Almost like her convincing herself that she’s doing what’s best for her
