Re/collect brings together two divergent ways of working, one documentarian and one imaginative, in order to tell the story of natural history pioneer, Martha Maxwell, whose prescient development of habitat dioramas and taxidermy practices goes largely ignored in the history of the museum.

Lex Thompson's Cave Drawing's

I am a huge enthusiast of Lex Thompson, in particular his series of Cave Drawings which comprises both actual drawings and delicious photographs. I often find myself coming back to this series, I think it's one of those beautiful marriages of wit, documentation, and aesthetic proportion. In particular, the bathroom image is something I would like to have framed on my wall.
