I have noticed new spinel self shippers though, which is good news. More must happen, she must become relevant again

Can you do Spinel X reader with a reader who has a male Sylveon who is obsessed with his Umbreon. Like head over heels for his Umbreon, meanwhile the reader and Spinel have a one sided love (spinel likes reader and reader hates spinel)

Spinel x Reader | One Sided Love

The two of you broke up after Spinel couldn't fully grasp the fact that you didn't need someone constantly watching you to make sure you're 'safe'.

But truth be told, his mental stability- or lack there of- scared you a bit. And a mentally unstable man who stalks you is a recipe for disaster.

What should've been a clean breakup, resulted in a mess. You've planned everything out, making sure to say the right words, but it all came crashing down.

What was ment for you to move out and never hear from him again actually resulted in him stalking you for weeks- maybe even months at this point.

And your poor pokémon couldn't understand that their trainers have broken up, meaning that they'd never see eachother again.

Worst of all- your Sylveon and his Umbreon were dating. The two of you found it cute at the start, both trainers and 'mons dating. But now it's a curse.

Your Sylveon would get more excited at the idea of going out for a walk than usual, whilst his Umbreon sat at the porch of his house, waiting for you to return.

Spinel would often beg ask to meet up somewhere, for the sake of your pokémon. How were they supposed to know that their trainers broke up and they'll never see eachother again??

Over time, your Sylveon would start crying, a small plea to see his beloved again. And with enough insisting and pressure, you gave in and went out with Spinel again.

You were the only unsatisfied one in the group, your 'mons were happy that they got to see eachother again, and Spinel was happier because he got to see you in person.

At times, Spinel would try to convince you to get back together, offering to drop his creepy and stalkerish ways and leave them in the past.

But you're smart. You always have been. And you know nothing would change. He'd go back to invading your privacy--if he isn't doing that already-- and controlling who you can and can't go out with.

Lowk bored, haven’t written in awhile. Self insert Spinel drabble: Explorer! Subordinate! Reader.

Spinel was back at his office, the pendant having escaped his grasp, so close to achieving his goal just for the item of his interest to be pulled away from his grasp. It was all quite a blur, one moment he was close to complete victory, those wretched children cornered by his trusty Umbreon, though, that was all for naught as the pendant had escaped his grasp, somehow expelling a strange pokemon whom had led the kids to safety among the other pathetic Volt Tacklers. 

Spinel could still remember the glow of the pendant moment before it had escaped his grip, his train of thought interrupted by a quick knock at the door. 

“…” 

“Excuse me, Sir?”

He perked up at the noise, recognizing it as his trusty subordinate, one that he had just earlier sent to observe and report on the activities of the Rising Volt Tacklers, based on the surveillance provided by his Magneton, but he didn’t expect them to return so soon. After his moment of surprise, he spun his chair, facing away from his monitors and towards the door,

“Come in.” 

The door creaked open, as their partner pokemon, an enthusiastic and playful Sylveon, ran inside the room, approaching Spinel’s Umbreon, who was curled up by the foot of Spinel’s chair. At the noise, his Umbreon’s ears perked up, stretching its small body before joining the Sylveon’s side, the two eeveelutions nuzzling each-other in contentment. They followed behind their Sylveon, standing to face Spinel, their demeanor reminiscent of a child when they knew they were in trouble, causing him to sigh in a sense of disappointment and annoyance before questioning,

“What happened this time?” 

They tensed at his tone of voice, bracing for the inevitable scolding they were bound to face, after all they’d never get used to the pure, unadulterated disappointment that’d radiate off of him whenever they’d done something wrong.
