SPONTANEITY ISN’T SOMETHING ROGER IS KNOWN FOR, but he’s in talia’s neighborhood, and before he can talk himself out of it, he’s showing up at her apartment door. worst case scenario, she doesn’t want to see him and he makes an ass of himself, which might help him figure out their relationship a little better. best case scenario, she’ll invite him in. he’s not anticipating someone else to open the door, a woman a little bit younger than talia, who he assumes is some kind of family member from the slight resemblance. he offers a sheepish smile.   “ hey, ”   he says.   “ i’m roger. i was, uh, looking for talia ? ”
