DDL is far & away a better actor that most, and only a select few get to play by their own rules. It also depends on how much money you need to live the lifestyle you want. I assume DDL is far & away less materialistic & egotistical.

i need to read up on him and find out how he got to where he is now. it’s pretty amazing that he gets to live the life he does, considering his job. 

and it must take an impressive level of humility too. i mean i can only imagine how much being famous and having fans fucks with your mind. why wouldn’t i enjoy being adored? hundreds of flashing cameras with people behind them calling out my name, begging me to look in their direction? screaming girls and boys who waited outside for 24 hours in a snowstorm just to take a selfie with me? HAVING A PUBLICIST TAKE ALL MY CALLS BECAUSE LOLS I DON’T CALL PEOPLE, THEY CALL ME
