I’ve really enjoyed it so far, the writer loves using metahumor & going like ‘we can’t show or talk about this in a g-rated webtoon!!!’ but still treats the characters very sincerely. the characters are also very funny, mc is a goodhearted idiot With Issues and li is just some guy who is also being egregiously harassed by a stalker. li’s younger brother is also a pretty prominent character and I like how he’s integrated into the plot

I’m not *actually* surprised because the writer has been pretty good at it but I’m always caught a little off-guard when the writer of lookout for love swings into ‘by the way here’s some genuine and insightful and kind advice’ like they’ve also been very. ‘this guy is afraid to leave the apartment complex and other characters notice and accommodate and are sensitive to something that obviously is a sore subject’. like it has a good foundation in terms of Respect And Sensitivity and I wasn’t quite expecting it from a series that opens with ‘[mc drops a box] augh my dild•s!!!’ (he is the president of an adult toy company)
