I was at a party wearing my LGBTee because I was wearing it to school that day and I couldn't be bothered to change, so I walked into one of the rooms where an old school friend was that I hadn't seen for a year and a half and they just looked at me and said “Congrats on being gay.”

If only everyone got it that quickly, I've had straight people presume I was just supportive of LGBT people before the fact that I’m *gasp* gay.
