a reminder on side-events; they are non-mandatory occasional events that your muse can choose to participate in or not.
while missing an event might mean missing out on points, be aware that choosing to take part in it could have positive or negative consequences for your muse. there is also no telling which part of the event will have consequences either since they will be tailored to make it difficult to guess what could impact your muse. while the final consequences are decided at the same time as the event is created, we will only reveal them the sunday after the deadline if there are any. so choose wisely: are you willing to make a gamble with your muse?
DO YOU HEAR THE LGC WEDDING BELLS?
As most of you are aware, Kim Hyuncheol and Heo Aecha have recently announced their wedding. The news has spread through Legacy like wildfire and it’s been on everyone’s lips ever since. The media hinting at a potential celebration left many curious until the inevitable confirmation that followed. On March 15, trainees, idols and artists alike receive a formal invitation to a company event that will take place on APRIL 24. Of course, Hyuncheol and Aecha will be the honored guests and while they are aware of the event, they were left out of the organization and details so that they are pleasantly surprised.
MINI CONCERT
From 3PM to 6PM, everyone will be invited to either take part in or attend a casual mini concert. While Hyuncheol and Aecha are at the center of this whole event, this particular segment is meant to celebrate LOVE. Whether it is romantic love, family, friendship, any form is welcome as long as it remains respectful and appropriate. Anyone may participate and pair up with whoever they wish (4 people per team maximum), from any subsidiary or group. Even though it is advertised as a concert, you don’t have to sing or dance if it isn’t your cup of tea. Let your creativity fly: whether you want to do a live drawing, read a poem, do a funny skit, tap dance or create your own wedding fashion show, it’s time to perform something you wouldn’t have the opportunity to otherwise! It goes without saying that everyone is expected to respect the theme, the celebrated guests and your integrity as a member of Legacy Entertainment.
Each team or solo participant will get 2.5 minutes to perform. Be reminded that it isn’t obligatory. If your muse doesn’t feel like getting on stage, they can simply remain in the audience and enjoy the performances.
CELEBRATION
After the concert, there will be a company celebration where non alcoholic drinks, dinner and cake will be served. Use this time to chat and have fun with your fellow coworkers and the staff who also work alongside you every day. No media will be present, but the company itself might post pictures of the event, so remember to be on your best behavior even as you have fun. Senior idols (DBSD, BLAZing, HARU) are expected to make an appearance as well, but only for a short time as they have busy schedule and will instead attend the official wedding. Before the meal, Hyuncheol and Aecha will speak a few words to thank everyone for being present, as it means a lot to them. While they wish they could invite everyone to the real wedding (or do they?), Hyuncheol states it would become absolute chaos (and is he wrong?). Still, they’re happy to be surrounded with everyone and hope you all enjoy your time.
CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE
At any point during the celebration party, you will have the opportunity to sign a guest book meant as one of the company gifts to the couple. It doesn’t have to be long and may include a small drawing of your choice if you want to decorate it a little. It can be funny, as long as it’s respectful. As there are a lot of pages, don’t worry about keeping it too short if you have a lot to write, but don’t feel obligated to write a long text either. If you don’t feel inspired at all, you may include a nice quote, or even write nothing at all.
TYPE ZERO, LGC AGENCY ARTISTS, LGC GIRLS JAPAN, AND CURRENT FUTURE DREAMS MEMBERS: along with the senior idols, you will be asked to record a 30-second maximum video message expressing congratulations and blessings to the couple. This will be edited into a special montage and gifted to Hyuncheol and Aecha on their wedding day for them to watch in private. Keep it respectful, but you may be creative as well. While we expect this version to be submitted for points, if you want to also sign the guest book for fun, feel free to do so, but it won’t count for points.
OOC, we ask that you submit the message to Kim Hyuncheol’s blog, and they will be posted regularly as they come in. It will be a nice way for everyone to be able to read them, and keep them all in the same place without flooding the manager blog.

In all honesty, the moment Ichika heard about the wedding, she had honestly thought it was because Hyuncheol and Aecha had gotten pregnant and needed to cover up either indiscretion. It certainly wouldn’t have been completely out of the question since things like that happened all the time — she had been conceived while her parents had been dating — but upon seeing the effort the two of them were putting into their wedding and company celebration, Ichika couldn’t help but wonder if her initial response had been somewhat harsh. It was probably for the best that she had kept it to herself, and yet, it wasn’t like she had many people to share her true opinions with. Maybe Jinah would have listened to her without judgement, but there was no way she’d say as much in front of anyone else. She had tried to be good in Japan, be helpful and somewhat social (though there was only so much she could do), while in Japan, but as she stood amongst the crows of staff and other artists, Ichika couldn’t help but be reminded of the lonely feeling she had felt back during the Halloween party.
Cradling the glass of wine she had procured from one of the hospitality staff, Ichika turned back to the room and swallowed, eyes instantly finding the couple. She had no strong feelings towards either manager, they were both highly competent and essential to her journey, but in that moment she couldn’t help but notice Aecha’s smiling face as she spoke to her soon-to-be husband and some other people. Had she found her happiness, she wondered.
She hadn’t really been paying attention to her surroundings as she stood there, so the feeling of her shoulder hitting someone else made her gasp and jump. “Ah, I’m sorry!” She gasped out, turning to look at the other only to find herself looking at someone he had not physically seen in months, and something in her stomach flipped and squirmed. “Oh… Alex..”
tian had heard the announcement about the wedding just like everyone else had and honestly, he was happy for the couple. even though he was no love expert or even had any sort of experience with the sort of thing, he still thought that events such as weddings were rather sweet. he often heard stories from his parents about their own wedding and he would often even have them tell him stories about how the two had met just because he loved hearing the story of how they had fallen in love with one another.
he had attending a few weddings and celebration parties before, however, this was slightly different than those. usually it was family members getting married but this here was for two people that many looked up to within the company and also among fans as well. at this time tian would probably be studying in the dorm, though this was more important in a way and so he had decided to take a small break from worrying about school to focus on the events of today.
deciding to roam around a bit, tian makes his way around slowly as he glances around to find someone to chat with. when his eyes land on one person in particular he smiles to himself and makes his way over to the other male, bowing politely as he stops in front of him. “hello. are you enjoying the party?” he had seen jaesun a bit when it came to the male’s activities, especially with future dream and also jaesun’s show that he hosted as well, though he hadn’t really had the opportunities to really speak to the other until now. “wait, where are my manners... i’m tian, ming tian. i’m sorry, i should have started off with that first...” he laughs a bit as he rubs the back of his neck out of embarrassment.
as much as sehoon was the type to observe from a distance, as someone who was a bit older than most of the trainees around - he had absolutely no clue what the younger trainees did or were like. part of him somewhat expected some type of romance around, it was to be expected when a bunch of young adults were around each other with nobody else to confide or relate to other than each other. though he’s certainly taken by surprise by how real some of the interactions seem, it has him wondering whether they’re dating behind the scenes or like each other.
and that’s how he found himself watching the performances during the event, and now he truly wonders whether he’s just a lot older than he thought and out of tune with the younger trainees or if they’re just really, really good at pretending. beside him is yumi, and sehoon is at a loss for words. “are they dating?” he mumbles, questions as he watches the current performance with a intent look. he really can’t tell anymore. he’s at a loss. “i really can’t tell whether the younger trainees are just really good at pretending or if it’s actually legit.” he’s not that old, is he? the younger generations haven’t changed a whole lot, have they? “.. are they?”
any opportunity to perform was an opportunity that was essentially asking for natalie’s attention. with the want to improve her performance every day so that she’d be able to shine brightly on stage, it’s expected for her to be as excited as she is to perform anything that could show her talent to a crowd of people, including hyuncheol and his bride-to-be.
she’s fortunate enough to have someone willing to perform with her. though she didn’t mind doing it on her own, she was never one to reject singing with a fellow trainee, especially if he was someone she could call a friend. with the fact that they both got signed around the same time, it was not difficult for them to befriend each other. and with how talented the older was, she found herself ecstatic for their performance. of course, the hooligan in her had decided to suggest “count on me” as their performance song. would “marry me” have been a better option for a wedding? duh. but the fun thing about this song in particular is that it feels more relatable to anyone. plus, some may even agree that a romantic partner is a person’s best friend.
though they couldn’t play a guitar, they had the power of the internet to aid them with their instrumental! as they’re waiting backstage for their turn to go, the girl looks over at her friend with a big smile on her face. “soo..? how are we feeling?” she says to hopefully clear any nervousness that either of them (mostly her) could be feeling. “are you excited? we’ve been practicing this for weeks!”
she stands backstage the way she always does — nervous and feeling like she might just die from the anticipation of standing on stage and actually showing herself to the audience. but at least now she’s been through this a few times, and she knows what to expect. she also knows that her worries will seem silly and insignificant once she actually starts performing, but that doesn’t stop the usual turmoil to start the closer it gets to her performance time. especially because she doesn’t want to be the one to mess up during a wedding party, and one in front of managers at her company just seems like it would be all kinds of terrible and embarrassing.
hyejoo tries to calm herself in whatever way she knows how, which is currently trying to stay close to yeonwoo, run the song in her head, and hope for the best. because in all the years they knew each other, he’s never let her down and she has no reason to believe that he would start now, so the thought comforts her a little. of course, there’s the thought of what if she lets him down! what if she’s the weak link! but she tells herself to have a little confidence and not to think like that, which only kind of works.
she hears a performance on stage finish, which means another step closer until it’s their turn, and with a sudden need for some kind of calm, she instinctively reaches her hand out to find his. and it does kind of work — she’s a little less on edge about the performance but now she has a lot of other things to worry about, which kind of seems like she’s just trading one anxiety for another but suddenly she thinks maybe overall it’s still better than how she felt before. “we’ll do okay, right?” hyejoo turns to look at him, walking a thin line between all her apprehensions at once. “do i look too nervous?” the worry that’s clearly on her face makes the question useless, but she asks anyways, so maybe she can get herself together.
When Soyoun had obnoxiously advertised for models for her idea of a wedding fashion show, she hadn’t quite expected Jaesun to offer his services. All the same, she isn’t going to be ungrateful for a gift like this one. They never got to speak to each other despite being in Project Origin together. Soyoun was glad to have changed all that with this event. If only Jaesun’s star power can help her design credibility to the public, or at least, among LGC Boys’ fans.
“Does the suit fit alright?” She asks minutes before the fashion show is about to begin. Ever since Soyoun had been given the green light to hold her own mini-fashion show, she had been all-in in terms of designing, planning, and making sure everything worked out smoothly. “You’re the opening look, so I’m counting on you, Jaesun sunbaenim,” she continues as she fusses over Allie’s dress and train.
Soyoun looks up from Allie’s dress to look at Jaesun. “Other than not tripping onstage, I just want you to have fun up there,” she says with a smile.
₊ ˟ while back in her own clothes after modeling for soyoun’s mock wedding ceremony, she finally manages to relax a little. the dress itself was gorgeous, and the sight of every eye on her during the stage made her heart skip two beats. it was enough that her breath stopped in her throat and the only reason she managed to walk down the stage at all was because junkyu was next to her. the dress itself was heavy, too. much heavier than she ever could have anticipated.
still, she’s looking around the room for one set of eyes in particular. allie hasn’t seen her brother yet, and she wants his opinion of her gown more than most of the people who have been congratulating her on how amazing she walked and how pretty she looked. she heaves a sigh, bottom lip jutting out in a pout until she sees him leaning against a wall. she can tell from his stiff posture even from where she stands that he isn’t exactly thrilled, though she’s not sure of the reason why.
with sure, quick feet she manages to make it to his side without much fuss. “ oppa! did you see me?” she asks with a chirp, eyes twinkling. “ i’m surprised i didn’t trip over my own two feet -”
