I can definitely see Reinhardt being old-fashioned and wanting to prove himself as a man deserving of your love, rather than brutishly taking as he pleases. He would try the hardest out of all the guys, but I can also imagine him being quick to lose his temper as well. He wants you and he knows he’s good for you, why can’t you just accept that?
Having been partially raised by him, Brigitte grew up with some of Reinhardt’s values. She knows the importance of letting you choose her, even if she’s confident she knows what’s best for you without needing your input. But because she loves you, all of you, she values what you think. She’s going to prove herself to be such a giving and sensual lover that you won’t have any room to say no.
To a lesser extent, I think McCree would also want to court the person he’s got his eye on instead of just whisking them away in the night. It’s not so much out of a sense of chivalry like Reinhardt and Brigitte, but rather, he likes the whole ‘talking to’ phase. He likes to lay on the charm and watch you melt from his affection. It makes it easier to keep a tight grip on you later on, when he reveals he’s not as charismatic as you initially believed.
