Dear Mali! Re-reading the SFD pages, I have noticed some hostility of Papyrus to Muffett, though the baby-Black was very glad her to see. In what the reason of similar behavior? Or it will be explained later how a part of a plot? Thank you and good day)

Gosh xD rereading pages.. I do this a lot to clear up mysteries like that one at later times. Muffet’s concrete role is still a puzzle, so you can’t really know how Muffet is like except her “kindness” shown in the second chapter.
You will understand once you get to know her better. It may happen in this or the next chapter I think.
I scetched some more pages already, but I had no time to rework them digitally. So please have patience :D
(And I’m happy I have Muffet fans here xD it’s somehow sweet)
