At the end of an absolutely wonderful and positive year, I have decided to row 50k for @decembeard and bowel cancer awareness on December 22nd. I’ll be doing this at Train Manchester the morning of 22nd if anyone wants to pop in and watch me in pain or even do a bit beside me to keep me company.
