His body froze in place for a moment or two as Ouma told him to be quiet. The way he said that nearly sent chills down his spine, and it didn’t help that it practically came out of nowhere almost, right? They were having a small conversation, and perhaps he might have noticed that Shuichi wasn’t feeling too well. Of course, not wanting to drag people into his problems, he tried to make it seem like he was okay. He wasn’t sure if Ouma fell for it, however.

Moving his head back a bit, he tried to get the smaller male’s finger away from his lips. Knowing the other, that’s likely not going to really stop him, he thought. He might as well just try to use his remaining energy to see where this is going. –
