hi people i come bearing book downloads. first come, first serve.  i believe you need to sign up with the site to snag these but it's a painless process so yeah.

A Certain Slant of Light: a book about a ghostly lady and her journey to moving on.  also some romance in there.   Better summary here.

Daughters of Witching Hill: a book about many things including witches, love, family, and betrayal.  can be a bit of a dry, dragging read, but it features some awesome ladies and you know how i love me some badass ladies.  better summary here.

Libboo

Libboo is a book-discovery website that allows readers (and authors) to find new and intriguing titles without wading through the millions of ebooks available from retailers' platforms. Libboo's Jason Freeman, "Minister of Strategic Growth", was on hand at Digital Book World to talk about the importance of a site that speaks to both sides of the book in terms of giving authors an option to aid in helping new readers find their titles, as well as giving readers a place to find content that has been vetted by their own social media contacts.

Back to work

So my little vacation from writing in a serious capacity has extended from the release of King of the Water Roads until a few days ago. I dug up a dusty old project and have determined it's time to give it a try from an adult perspective (I finished the first "draft" at seventeen, with the expected results). I know more in terms of how to write, mythology, fantasy and just plain life experience, and I still have faith in the core subject matter, so I think it could work.
