I return to h2o tumblr momentarily to show off my hyperfixation for the past four months straight and all i care to talk about/think about: my h2o oc, Libby!!
I might make a more informative post about her if you guys are interested, but the basic idea is that she's Lewis's younger twin sister, also a mermaid, and has reworked lightning powers. She's also very ENTP coded, very energetic and reckless, and a smug know-it-all.
