We be doing leg yeilding now. In a halter too. 👀 . Don't mind how much I'm leaning, old polo habits die hard. It's a lot less than when we started retraining to dressage. I'll get to a point where I'm not leaning. I don't realize I'm doing it. We may not be perfect, but we are both still learning and I want to share the process. You don't start with a finished horse, you gotta create one. . . #horsebackriding #horsemanship #naturalhorsemanship #libertywork #dressage #legyeild #training #pinto #video #polkadot (at Escondido, California) https://www.instagram.com/p/CSdaXLjHe9L/?utm_medium=tumblr
The hugest congrats go out to Jessica Davis and Arthur & Jessica Greenwood’s Duke of Tryon! 👏🏼🤩🥂Jess piloted this stunning young stallion to a jaw dropping 81.6% to win the 4 year old qualifier at Tryon! Not only does this team light up the Dressage arena, but you can check out their Liberty work at Jessica Davis Dressage! 📸 RBM Photography #dressage #libertywork #younghorse #stallion #equineinsurance #horseworkshandlesit https://www.instagram.com/p/COip_xwJ20f/?igshid=1h0qyr16fxsl2
Just casually standing on my horse as he balances on three feet... it's chill 👌 #horsesofinstagram #dovermodel #huntseat #arabiansofinstagram #libertywork (at Cattaraugus, New York)

Despite the cold and the wind, it's a beautiful day
This morning I went up to the new ranch a few minutes away from us to see if I would like to take lessons there. I met Brittany (who is a sweetheart) and she showed me a join-up with a cute little appaloosa named Gambler. I groomed him and did some tricks with him. It was an introduction day. Brittany and I got on really well, and next week I'm going to start working with one of her horses and learn how to build a partnership through horsemanship and liberty work. I hope I work with this adorable paint named Stormy, but we'll see where it goes.
I'm so excited!
