Hello! I hope you’re doing well! I really love your posts! I’ve learned so much from them. I saw your post about iris, and I found it really interesting. I'm having a bit of a hard time understanding what it means in my chart. I have iris conjunct ascendant, in the 1st house, and it’s in Libra. ☺️
libra iris (7°, 19°): these people are very aware of the promises they make as well as those others make to them. when promises are broken, they naturally are willing to negotiate and compromise - they are pacifists. they do not want to fight others; they prefer peace and calming energy. libra being air, may make a libra iris person very quick and nimble on their feet or very fluent and articulate with their speech.
aquarius iris (11°, 23°): these people make great commentators, announcers, and/or counselors. they are pros at being moderators and being non-bias in a situations. they know the social etiquette in most every circumstance - they know what is expected. this area of your life (social affairs) may be very fast paced compared to those around them; they may have lot of social activities.
1h iris: these people are very moral and have a positive philosophical line of reasoning when it comes to their promises, actions, and general words. this is a placement in which the pace of this person is generally very quick: their actions, sense of adventure, disposition/wit, etc.
iris (1h) - asc: positive aspects: you are likely to be seen as moral and just - people around you trust that you won't do them dirty. you won't play favorites or be a "yes man." you are a quick person, people may even say they have no idea how you fit all that you do into a day. you may be very witty as well and people may just about adore for that. negative aspects: you may be seen as switzerland in human form. people may wish that you show some sort of opinion at some point in time. at some point, someone will move quicker than you that is simply how life is - it may not be in old age either, the phrase "big fish in a small pond" comes to mind. your tongue may move too quick in a situation as well as and get you into trouble. be mindful of wit verses critical nature.
