What is your favorite thing to put on toast?
This is SO OLD but hey, it’s either scrambled eggs with peppers and mushrooms, or it’s cinnamon, sugar, and a lot of butter. <3 SO GOOD.

This part (starting at 2:40) might be my favorite part of any song, ever. Steven Page manages to sing it with such disdain and cold rage, it’s amazing.

That’s definitely an issue... Partly, it’s the hierarchy of the mediums involved: I don’t think anyone who mainly does tv has ever been considered A list unless it’s, like, a legacy thing -- either their own (think Betty White) or a relative’s (Jennifer Garner). It really requires being in the public consciousness (the ubiquity of Friends being part of how it worked for Jennifer Aniston, the other part being that she married Brad Pitt) and/or having high honors in the industry. That power component, you know? If someone doesn’t have enough power in the industry to get an invite to the Oscars, they are not A list, period.
I certainly have a hard time considering an English-language actor A list if I’ve never heard of them, you know? This actor hasn’t even ever carried anything... Of course, there’s always the marketing drift -- call everyone who’s had a show renewed A list and it will be true! Sort of like how ‘supermodel’ stopped meaning jack shit after Victoria’s Secret decided to use it for everyone they put in their advertising more than once.
It’s the difference between fame and professional status, I guess -- there are scads of famous actors who have never been A list within the industry, even if they’re treated as such outside it by virtue of their fame.
I know I’m being fairly pedantic, but I care about conveying meaning accurately!

Nope! Good guess though. It’s a much smaller, less famous canyon. It is on a highway, though. Not I70, however.
