5. In the fourth box enter PAN.
6. Enter an available mobile number.
7. Then enter your email address.
8. Then to select the date of birth, from the calendar in the box, select the birth year, month and date.
9. Select qualification in the next box.
10. Next, select your profession.
11. Select the language preferred to interact with.
12. Select location from the options available.
b. Fill the Line-2 box with any other address the applicant resides in.
14. Enter the name of your father or husband.
15. Select your father’s occupation.
16. Select the preferred language for the IRDA exam.
17. Select preferred Exam Center.
18. Choose the 10th marksheet file (scanned file preferred).
19. Choose the 12th marksheet file (scanned file preferred).
20. Choose the PAN card file (scanned file preferred).
21. Select your photograph.
22. Select a clear signature of yours (scanned file preferred).
For address proof, you can use your Aadhar card or voter card (scanned file preferred).
