Much like the feelings this little girl has about landing this leap, I’m feeling real, breaking free from silly stresses and letting go. Before this need to quarantine I would never leave my camera out in the house making photos for fun. Being at home w my family has always been my place to put the camera down/take a break from working. WELL- now that ‘working’ has changed so dramatically, I guess I miss making pictures. I find myself interested in capturing my little #SIP world lately. (gaining insight to how sports photographers must feel, w an active toddler as my subject 😂 oh- and family portrait photographers- how do you get them to be still?!) ✨ Although the subject matter these days is very personal to me, it’s new territory for me to shoot it.
