I'm that anon. completely forgot about Luna. I think your idea for Luna is a good one, but the doubling is multiplicative. The more secret rooms esau enters for the floor, the higher the damage. 16x if you also somehow got Luna. The catch: The damage ignores only gets cut in half with wafer-like effects, having him deal either 4 or 8 hearts of health without, and 2 or 4 hearts with. I may have some other ideas for items, so... expect some more here.
At that point, you'd better hope you have some source of I-frames to negate all that damage. Or Jacob could just be smart and walk out of the secret room before Esau reaches the light-

I have hip issues, and it was also a tense muscle. a good way to relax your bacl is to apply heat to the area. it may be slow, but it's effective.
