as a person whose name literally means lichens I am obligated to say this shit. my credentials are i have autism. anyway. LICHENS AREN'T ALL COOKIES AND CREAM FELLA.
I saw a minecraft youtuber talk abt glow lichens (the decorative block) and he proclaimed that the relationship between the algae (cyanobacteria or Chlorophyta) and the mushrooms as mutualistic (both parties get something out of the arrangement) and while it is somewhat true..... I have a bone to pick w that statement. the symbiotic relationship is commonly understood to be helotism in which the mushroom gets most of the benefits, essentially being the abuser in the abusive relationship of helotism. I was gonna write this whole rant in the comment section of the video but I shan't........... anyway feel free to correct me 😃 byeuh 👋
I had the opportunity to go to Norway last year and fell in Love instantly. I do not know if I miss Norway or New Zealand more...
