do it like i do and ignore everybody from the “thor is mean” people to the “thor is sunshine and rainbows” to the “thor is dumb and likes poptarts” i literally ignore all sides of bpth thor hating and thor stanning

I literally started to write out this long post in response to the comments on that post and about my feelings on Thor fandom, how everyone has been driving me up the wall lately, but then just dumped it into my saved drafts folder because I feel like I'm just stirring up drama when we were finally in a good spell for awhile but oh man I think you have a good idea. I'm just going to ignore everyone who swings too far in one direction, whether "Thor is mean" or "Thor is 100% sunshine and puppies" or "Thor is capslock and poptarts" or, for real, the fucking bane of my life, my secondary supervillain origin story, "What is Thor without Loki?" (No, I lie, one thing: If you cannot talk to me about Thor without talking about Loki, you do not actually know Thor's character at all.) *sigh* I just want my terrifying but noble storm god who makes people shit bricks when he's angry and they're in his way, but he does it to protect people, and he still has arrogance and reckless issues to work through, but the point is that he's doing it and drawing on incredible inner strength to actually do it and has come so far and yet still has to figure out the line between his personal wants and his dedication to helping others, and NO ONE IS GIVING ME THAT. ....okay, so I guess I had more feelings about this than I realized.
