Why are there so many Stardew clones with a twist coming out. You can just make the murder mystery dating sim. There are other jobs you can do!! Witchbrook is cool because it doesn't seem like it's just 'Stardew with wizards' but completely based around a Magic College Town with appropriate tasks. Instead of a farmer solving a mystery, play as a detective and solve minor cases in-between major ones. Actually tend a graveyard or do necromancy or something in your horror themed life sim.

It's some kind of commentary on the present state of life sim video games that if you made one today where the NPCs treat the player character with the same level of snark as NPCs in the first couple of Animal Crossing games do, it would be interpreted as a mean-spirited parody of the genre.

StayedInMelino here! I would like to apologize for the lack of updates and what not. My phone decided it was going to break at work a couple days ago. Now, I'm having to use the external screen on my phone until I get my new one in the Mail. I can't really post much at the moment. All of her talent skills are pretty high and she now has a new job as a guitarist at the local music studio. ❤️

I'm super proud of her! I cannot wait to see her as a mom. ❤️

So I was playing a game in which you played through some fictional characters life but in this game you couldn’t be queer which is sad. because as I played the game I came to the realisation that the person I was playing as was transmasc and the person they were dating was transfem they later broke up. I headcanon it’s because there parents disapproved of them or something. anyways the game assigned the player character and so my character has a dead name I’m thinking he’d name himself Fiyero cuz his dead name is from the wizard of oz and he probably really likes stories just the concept of stories. anyways about the non player characters the partner relationships aren’t very developed (they literally give you nothing except a name) so I kinda had to make up her personality her name is Narnia she’s very energetic while Fiyero is really chill
