On Tuesday we went for a Family hike, it was fun, but also exhausting since we ended up carrying the kids haha specially Joshua who kept sayin “mommy Joshua’s tired”. We obviously didn’t hiked the whole thing but it was nice to get out of the house and get some exercise in. We love teaching the boys to be outside, to exercise their body and love nature. Can’t wait for more family hikes and more adventures. . El Martes fuimos de excursión con los niños, y aprte de que estuvo divertido estuvo siper cansado pq terminamos cargandolos, especialmente a Joshua que se la pasaba diciendo: “mami Joshua cansayo”, obviamente no caminamos todo pero fue suficiente para mover el cuerpo, salir de la casa y respirar aire fresco. Nos gusta enseñarles a los niños a disfrutar de la naturaleza, jugar afuera y hacer ejercicio, por que es bueno para la salud mental y fisica.
