Life Network — CS Pregnancy Center (Jarod and Glory's Story)
“As I went to Life Network and I had the first meeting, the two ladies that I met with, they’re immediately so invested in me and cared about me and about my story and my life and everything... And then afterwards, they just sat there and they prayed over me, and it was amazing. And they paired me up with Kim. She not only helped me with my personal life, she helped me learn to be a mother, and that was amazing and exactly what I needed as well.”
“I met the fatherhood coach, and everything was just kind of clicking. It felt like instead of life kind of falling apart for a little bit it was kind of slowly coming bak together.”
Life Network also provides for men who face unplanned fatherhood in order to train and support new families.
Life Network — Bridges of Hope (2017)
“As I saw other women with babies, I started wondering, Is that what my baby would have looked like? Every time I thought about my abortion or saw a teenager or even a young adult—I mean that was 30-something years ago. I would have a 33-year old child now with children of their own probably...
I know that for me personally, after trying and going for such a long — I mean, we’re talking decades — a long time to carry a burden, then we were handed this certificate of acknowledgement of a life that was taken too young. And looking at that and seeing your child’s name on it, for me personally, was just another physical avenue of me seeing God’s goodness and grace, to finally know that there’s a sisterhood out there of women who’ve been through this and forgiven and we can all get together in heaven one day, and it’s going to be amazing to get to hug our babies and to have the rest of our family together.”
“...in our nation, 1 in 3 women will have had an abortion by the age of 45. Few are willing to talk about their abortions because of the shame and regret they feel. As a result, many women and men are suffering in silence... Bridges of Hope is a support program designed to provide a safe place to work through your abortion experience.” [From the Life Network website]
Life Network — Jessica & Luna's Story
“The biggest thing that we get to do is we get to help women actually slow down for an hour of their lives or more to think through this decision — and that honestly doesn’t usually happen — and to talk through what they’re actually thinking and to consider logically, laying out What are the factors making me think this is my only decision?”
Life Network provides free pregnancy tests, STD tests, ultrasounds, and community resources as well as mentorship.
